there’s a pig in my pilón

i’m serious, this little guy haunts me.  he’s everywhere it seems.  or maybe he taunts me with his grubby self.  and i’m nowhere near being able to make a replacement.  i think he knows this, too.

the pilón is used to make tasty puerto rican dishes like mofongo.  traditional recipes do call for pork rinds, but i don’t think this is what they had in mind.
